Brief
Identifying a need for an upgraded voting system, I added ideas from creative development past to create a solution with a much larger audience & purpose.
Starting with what I’d planned on being a “simple” evolution of my ASC Voting System with a new original user management system the idea began to grow as I researched existing market options. Between building an interactive learning game and years supporting the ASC Awards process I know how important it is for project managers to have simple-to-use tools with as much project clarity & flexibility as possible. Nothing I found provided this in a way that made the job as easily & efficiently as necessary. Worse, most systems provided no demo, featured top-tier subscription-only pricing, outdated non-mobile native interfaces, and no tools beyond the bare minimum to accomplish the task. This is neither how great things are accomplished or the best way to handle tough jobs. The Eagle Scout in me went “I can fix that!”, so I did.

Process
Define your project parameters, demo what your users will experience, create a purchase that fits your needs, and run your event from start to finish all on your own.
Developing an index, defining a secure infrastructure of actions, and building the DHTML front/backend to run it, throughout each step of the process I took great pains to optimize the user’s experience so that wherever they are in inside the system they’re only presented with what they need in the least amount of steps in a clear handheld process that removes any chance for improper input. Both admin & user pages only load information after confirming the user’s credentials, providing a platform where content only goes to the people who are allowed to see it. I intentionally built Everframe so any private information captured from users occurs only upon their consent after being clearly conveyed to them before they confirm input. It’s my signature for the project: Mutually Assured Transparency.
Result
All-in-one mobile first designed web app for making and carrying out elections, courses, and interactive feedback.
Along with fulfilling the objectives laid out in the brief and developing a JWT authentication system using a cryptographic nonce to secure login and data transfer throughout the system, I developed a UI/UX that succeeds at simplifying the event creation and management process to something anyone can access and build their own projects within. My ultimate goal with this is an empowerment tool for users and organizations to safely carry out education and communication that encourages more of each while best representing the users input. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished with Everframe so far and the feedback it’s receiving, and excited to launch it this year for the upcoming awards season.
``I saw immersive input future and its name is Bru... I mean, Everframe. Definitely Everframe.``
